Fat Tuesday Parade
When: February 24, 6:30 p.m. - Midnight
Where: Downtown St. Louis
The Fat Tuesday parade is a colorful night parade through the streets of downtwon St. Louis. Beginning in the Schalfly Tap Room parking lot at Locust Street and 21st Street, the parade makes its way through the revitalized St. Louis loft district and concludes at Washington Avenue and 4th Street at the top of Laclede's Landing. The parade consists of the 50 best floats and performers from the Saturday Grand Parade. Grab a spot anywhere along the route and enjoy the rare treat of a nighttime parade. Make last call before Lent and enjoy a refershing beverage or two at one of the many fine establishments along the route. Establishments along the route and in the accompanying party zones are required to stop serving at Midnight in observance of Ash Wednesday and the end of Mardi Gras.
