HO denotes Hermann Oak Leathers CRAFT SHOULDERS 8-9 oz.An inexpensive alternative to number one quality shoulders, these untrimmed shoulders are great for belts, bags, and armor. They maybe slightly irregular shape and have an occasional range mark, but they are good for carving and embossing. Average 10-12 sq.ft.
ENGLISH RUSSET SHOULDERS 9-10 oz.Well trimmed, squared off, number one grade shoulders with little waste. They are clean, level, and are perfect for belts, holsters or projects that require a higher quality leather
HERMANN OAK-SADDLE SKIRTING TR GRADEEconomical, yet top quality, this skirting is from one of the premier tanners in this country. This skirting has the saddle maker in mind, with exceptional tooling and carving qualities, and it dyes and molds superbly. It is also an ideal choice for armor. 11-13 oz.
SADDLE SHEARLINGBarked tanned, with a 3/4" pile, golden color, top grade skins that average 10 sq. ft.
AUSTRALIAN BARK TANNED SHEARLINGSSlightly larger skins with a thicker 1" pile, economically priced.
CHROME TANNED SHEARLINGSPerfect for linings or seat covers, these cream-colored skins average 10 sq.ft.
RAWHIDEThis un-tanned leather is used for saddle and stirrup wraps, drum heads, shields, moccasin soles and many other projects. It can be molded or shaped when soaked in water, and will stiffen and keep its shape when dried. Sides average 20-24sq.ft.
PEARL APRON SPLITSThese 7-8 oz splits are typically used to make farrier aprons, but are also a good choice for work chaps and moccasins. Average 10-12 sq. ft.
GATOR PRINT ON COWHIDEAuthentic-looking alligator grain prints embossed on full grain 2-2 1/2 oz. cowhide sides. These are not embossed split leathers. Used for belts, small leather goods and handbags. Average 18-22 sq. ft.
RABBIT SKINSSoft, economical, natural pelts ideal for trim, linings, Indian or black powder enthusiast. Available in assorted natural colors.

COWHIDE RUGSEach uniquely different, these hair-on skins are durable enough for floor rugs, or make beautiful wall hangings. Hides average 30-35 sq. ft. and come in Black/white, Brown/white, Mixed/brindle or for the more exotic look, Zebra, Tiger, or Leopard Prints.
CHAP SIDESFull-grained chrome tanned side leathers that are durable enough for work chaps or ideal for show chaps. They are also suitable for garments, vests, soft bags, or upholstery projects. This leather is available in black, burgundy, brown tones, and many other colors. Weight 2 1/2-3 1/2 oz. Average 20-24 sq. ft.
HEAVY WEIGHT CHAP SIDESHeavier than our Chap Sides, this full-grained leather is perfect for rugged work chaps, saddlebags, and moccasins. Available in a tumbled pebble grained or slightly firmer, smoother oil tanned sides that are 5-5 1/2 oz. in weight in black and brown tones. Average 22-24 sq. ft.

DEERSKINSoft and supple, yet durable, there is no substitute for genuine deerskin. Used by for Native American and frontiersmen, and buckskinning garments, it is also suitable for leggings, dresses, moccasins and pouches. Available in golden tan, smoke, or brown colors 2-2 1/-2 oz. Average 8 sq. ft.
LATIGOTanned in the USA these western steer hides have been fully aniline treated and are hot stuffed with a generous quantity of oils and waxes. This leather, will stand up to the worst treatment and weather, yet remain flexible. The perfect leather for reins, bridles, and bags. Available in black or burgundy and five different weights. Average 22-26 sq. ft.
SUEDEThese 3 1/2 to 4 oz. chrome tanned cowhide splits are soft yet durable and are great for aprons, chaps, and moccasins. This leather is economically priced and available in black, brown, sand, rust, blue and red. Average 10-12 sq.ft. Please specify color choice.
WHIP SNAKESGlossy finished Whip and Water snake skins that average 40-48 inches long. Available in Black, Dark Brown, and Navy, please specify color.
